How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for large items typically takes 2-4 weeks. This includes a 10-day curing inspection and white-glove delivery scheduling to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Silent Wood furniture comes with a 5-year structural warranty. This covers defects in materials and craftsmanship, giving you peace of mind for your investment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard items. If you are not completely satisfied, we will arrange a pickup. Please note that custom-made or bespoke orders are non-refundable.

Are your products pre-assembled?
Most of our larger statement pieces arrive fully assembled via our white-glove delivery service. Smaller items may require minimal assembly, for which all tools and instructions are provided.
